for 2022-23 Fees for those returning to play next season, who were on a team prior to January 14, are $230 ($185 for goalies). Fees for everyone else are $260 ($210 for goalies). Fees are due by August 15 and can be paid by eTransfer to the following email account. fridaynightnbchockey@gmail.com If you are paying by cheque please post date it for August 15, payable to the Ingersoll NBC Hockey League, and give it to your Team Rep during the playoffs. If you decide not to play next season, let me know before August 15 and your cheque will not be cashed. Unpaid fees will incur additional $20 charges after August 15 and August 31. |

Van Koughnett Memorial Award The Dave Van Koughnett Memorial Award, for the Most Sportsmanlike Player, is annually presented in memory of Dave Van Koughnett and Keith "Chip" Wilson who played in the Ingersoll NBC Hockey League until they passed away during the 1987-88 season. This year's recipient is Paul Defent (Grey). His rookie year was 1998-99 and he has averaged 6 PIM during the 19 seasons there are records for. In an off-season motorcycle accident on 2019 06 24 he broke two vertebrae in his neck, fractured both wrists and broke one finger and still played the first game of the season on 2019 09 13. Paul and his sons Tony, Alex and Adam are one of our five father and son combinations currently playing. |
| Revised
Schedule Our season will resume on 2022 02 04 with a revised Schedule. We will now have a Tournament during the remaining four Friday nights of February. Winners and losers will be determined on the first night of the Tournament, followed by round-robins. There is no change to the playoffs on the four Friday nights of March. |
| Arena Due to the provincial restrictions announced on 2022 01 03, the Town of Ingersoll will be closing the arena on 2022 01 05 for a minimum of three weeks. |
| Arena Beginning 2021 09 22, Ontario requires everyone over 12 years of age entering an arena to be fully vaccinated (two doses plus 14 days) and provide proof, along with photo ID. Since we will be using the lobby as a dressing room, spectators will not be allowed this season. |
| Specials The Joker's Crown (129 Thames Street South, Ingersoll) is offering players in the Ingersoll NBC Hockey League the following specials on Fridays. $1 per wing ($10 per lb.) $7 mini jugs of domestic $11 pitchers of domestic |

Night The 44th season of Ingersoll NBC Hockey League begins on Friday, September 17. |
| Fees
